Follow-up appointments are NOT included in the initial consultation.

Ideal for patients that, due to circumstances, do not wish to wait for a standard appointment time.

Considerations:

  • We take extra effort to accommodate your appointment as quickly as possible, generally within 2-4 weeks
  • Appointment times can vary from before 8:30 AM to after 5:30 PM.
  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the appointment spot.
  • Cancellation: Please notify the office immediately.
  • A “no show” may result in loss of appointment privilege.
  • To retain Dr. Rahbar as a treating doctor, please request to enroll in the Membership Program.
